We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contact Centre Manager to join this National Company based in Corby. Reporting to the General Manager, the Contact Centre Manager will take full responsibility for the day to day management of the Contact Centre and its 23 staff.

As a Sales & Customer Service Officer you will be responsible for effectively increasing revenue streams in our car parks via in and outbound selling in person and by telephone. Working towards sales targets you will network with regular clients and spot new business opportunities. You will be responsible for the management of after care service to new clients including invoicing and general administration. In addition to this you will be managing the parking environment during your working day.

Annual Salary £14,000 basic salary (OTE £18,000 to £22,000 uncapped commission)

Working hours 37.5 hours per week between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday inclusive

Holidays 22 days per year (+ bank and public holidays) increasing with length of service up to a maximum of 25 days

Pension Company Pension Scheme, eligible for Company contributions after one year’s service
