| This is an exciting opportunity to join a company which is keen to further grow its sales and has an objective to do so by building on existing client focused estimating and sales activities. With a national client base, our client has achieved an excellent reputation for quality and service, essential to any business growth. As part of the ongoing development of the business, our client wishes to increase its sales and estimating team. Some flexibility exists within the business and therefore the successful candidate will be able to provide either estimating, sales experience or a combination of both within the market sector of print or ideally print finishing. Our clients aim is to provide pricing to clients quickly and efficiently and then maximise opportunities to convert to an order. You will have as much support as you need or want but will also be given as much independence as you would like. Although predominately office based, our client encourages client visits wherever possible – building relationships is key! The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: • Good communications skills – written and verbal • Excellent at developing successful relationships with clients • Sector specific knowledge within print or ideally print finishing • Sector specific estimating or costing experience • Good computer literacy • Good organisational skills • A strong desire to win and be rewarded for doing so The successful candidate will be joining a team with an abundance of energy and a strong desire to win and exceed their client’s expectations.
