| Contact Centre Manager/Centre Operations Manager We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contact Centre Manager to join this National Company based in Corby. Reporting to the General Manager, the Contact Centre Manager will take full responsibility for the day to day management of the Contact Centre and its 23 staff. This organisation prides itself on providing exceptional Customer Service and its great working environment which has resulted in low staff turnover. The successful Contact Centre Manager will recognise the importance of developing staff members and will want to offer them a motivating and fun working environment where hard work is rewarded.
